1. User Agreement

By accessing or using the HefazMoat website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any products offered by HefazMoat, including T-Shirts & Tops, Skirts, and Pants & Trousers.

HefazMoat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing, causing distress or inconvenience to other users, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HefazMoat, its directors, employees, affiliates, or suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Site or any products purchased;
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Site;
  • Any other matter relating to the Site or products.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to HefazMoat for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, designs, and software, is the property of HefazMoat or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written consent from HefazMoat.

The HefazMoat name, logo, and all related product names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of HefazMoat. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use of the intellectual property may result in legal action.

4. Refund Policy

HefazMoat is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of T-Shirts & Tops, Skirts, or Pants & Trousers, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items, where HefazMoat will cover the return shipping.
  • Final sale items, personalized products, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned items do not meet the above conditions.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HefazMoat is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
